Wholesale Information

Thank you for your interest in our wholesale pricing for tack stores and trainers. There is a flat rate discount of 20% off on all custom rope tack excluding supplies, hardware and the Bargain Barn items. There is a first order minimum of $500 to qualify for the wholesale pricing, but then wholesale customers can order items at their special rate piece by piece as long as they maintain an annual purchase amount of $500 or more.

How to place your wholesale order.
Initial wholesale orders can be placed via email, over the phone or in person if you are a local shop. Payment to be made up front by cash or check for the total amount of the products. Lead time on the finished products is typically 2-4 weeks if I have all the materials on-hand to complete the order. If I have to order more rope, it could take anywhere between 1-2 months to receive everything. If there is a long wait time, I can break the shipment up into parts to get you stock as quickly as possible. Shipping fees are extra and will be charged separately at current rate when your packages are sent out.

Dropshipping is available.
I can also set up a wholesale account for you on my website so that you can place drop-ship orders directly for your customers. You can email me a copy of their invoice if you want it included in the package, otherwise I will ship it without any papers and it will have your business name on the package.

Private labeling is also available.
I can add shrink wrap branding to your halters for an added fee. Please let me know if you are interested and I can work with you further to make that happen. I currently don’t charge any additional set-up fees for this service, but the printer does have a 50 pc order minimum.

Custom product development for clinicians. 
If you are looking for products that are slightly different than what I have to offer, don’t let that hold you back. If it’s made with yacht rope we can work together to create the perfect item for your needs.

Here is my no risk of stale product guarantee for tack stores.

If after a year you find an item is just not moving well in your store, you may exchange it for a different size or color of the same item. You may also turn it back in for credit towards an entirely different product. Credit is based on the cost of the item at the time of purchase. All item exchanges need pre-approval, so call before shipping items back to me to make sure that there are no surprises. All shipping costs incurred for exchanges not made in person would be your responsibility. All items must be in NEW re-saleable condition, dusty items are fine. Absolutely no exchanges on previously used items.
